How it works

Low-prep for parents, high-focus for kids.

Each session starts with a short technique demo, then painters choose colors, work at their own pace, and leave the messy parts to the studio.

Finished ceramics are prepared for pickup, then ready about a week later.

Best for 4-16 painters

Studio enrichment days

Reserved tables during quieter studio blocks for pods, co-ops, and sibling groups.

Best for recurring groups

Classroom-style kits

Pack-and-go ceramic kits with paint, brushes, setup notes, and pickup coordination handled by LGP.

Best for holidays

Seasonal workshops

Ornaments, handprint plates, Mother's Day gifts, teacher gifts, and themed projects.

Learning angle

Clay, glaze, color, patience, and a real finished object.

Pottery painting gives kids a tactile way to practice planning, fine-motor control, color theory, and delayed gratification.

Questions people ask

What ages work best?

Most homeschool sessions work well for ages 5 and up. Younger siblings can join with a grown-up close by.

Can we connect the project to a lesson?

Yes. Tell us the theme, season, or unit and we'll suggest pieces and a simple activity arc.

Do parents stay?

For most homeschool groups, yes. Parents help with pacing while LGP handles the studio setup and pickup coordination.
